Would anyone mind reading my version of The Sword in the Stone here:
http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/Forum334/HTML/000144.html
I have to hand it in next week and I'd like some feedback before it goes through the choppers (my prof's proofreading TAs).
Please let me know what you think on the thread at the link; I'm in a hurry each morning and I don't have this site on my quicklist yet.
Thanks in advance to anyone whp bothers.

Interesting, it was fairly straightforward until the last line, which definitly put a new spin on it.
I could be wrong, but didn't the "origional" stone say "Whosoever removes this sword is the rightful King of England" The Brits use King and Queen interchangably, (witness their national anthem) so actually the origional story is rather gender neutral!
That doesn't take anything away from your story though! It's very clever, I hope you get an A+
